Wir teilen Ihnen mit:
1.) dass der Autor des Filmes Syberberg Hitler ein Film aus Deutschland mit sofortiger Wirkung seinen Namen von der französischen Ausgabe dieses Films zurückzieht.
Das heisst, es ist nicht mehr erlaubt den Film im Titel
und auf allen Teilen der Werbung in der Ankündigung in Verbindung mit seinem Namen zu nennen( Cover, Platten, Inlet der Box und bei Amazon usw)
Das heisst: Dieser Film ist nicht mehr ein Film von Hans Jürgen Syberberg

We allow us to inform You
1) that the author of the film, Syberberg "Hitler, un film d'Allemagne" withdrew with immediate effect its name from the French edition of this film.
In other words, it is no longer allowed in the title of the film

2.) Des Weiteren ist der Zusatz - aus Deutschland zu streichen, da es sich nicht nur um einen Titel handelt, sondern auch um einen Tatbestand, der im genannten Sinne nicht mehr zutrifft.
Das heisst : Dieser Hitler ist nicht mehr ein Film aus Deutschland.
Falls wert darauf gelegt wird den vertraglich genannten Titel vollstaendig zu nennen, bleibt es den jetzigen Adressaten überlassen, diesen Teil in Klammern zusetzen und als vorherigen zu bezeichnen.

Es handelt sich bei dieser Ausgabe der DVD in französischer Version um eine Fassung, ohne Co-Operation, wie vertraglich vereinbart, ohne Vorlage und ohne Mitteilung, heimlich entstanden, und bis jetzt-14 Tage nach Erscheinen- noch nicht in der Hand des Produzenten und Autors.

4.) Die Verwendung der persönlichen Briefe und Dokumente(Susan Sontag, Moravia, Foucault, Coppola Serge Daney usw), aus dem Besitz des Autors wie von ihm in Cahiers du Cinema Spezialausgabe 1980 herausgegeben wird im booklet der Box des Films zu dieser Ausgabe ohne Ab- sprache untersagt.
